Workshops offer the opportunity to deepen your knowledge and experience in particular areas of focus. Some topics include working on broadening your understanding and alignment of particular yoga poses and their benefits, various styles of meditation and their application in our lives, diet and nutrition.
The workshops typically last 2-3 hours and complement an already established yoga and meditation practice or serve as an ice breaker, introducing you to various practices of wellness, promoting a healthy lifestyle.
Cooking classes cover a host of topics from preparing a healthy, organic brunch to the Mediterranean Diet, substituting sugar and all purpose flour in baking to Spanish Tapas, preparing a traditional Polish meal to planning and how to prepare for a full week in one afternoon, bread to salads, and everything in between.
Of course, I am happy to customize workshops based on specific interests.
