Join Emily Szajda, an American 200-hr ERYT yoga instructor from Washington DC for 2 FREE  yoga classes taught in English on the rooftop terrace of the Marina Club Hotel with magnificent views of the old town. This early morning rise and shine practice will energize both the body and spirit. Based on vinyasa flow, the classes will be accessible to all levels of students with key modifications and adjustments provided. Greet your morning and your weekend with a vibrant yoga practice that is both grounding and uplifting.

You’re invited to stay after class to enjoy a deliciously prepared brunch (39 PLN) at Szafarnia 10 Restaurant & Bar. Help foster a community of like-minded yogis in the Trojmiasto through warm-hearted conversation on the mat and around the dining table.
