9:00 – 9:45 pm | Yin & Yoga Nidra This practice will begin with light, restorative postures followed by our signature guided sleep meditation to spark a lucid state of consciousness between waking and sleeping as you drop into a state of deep relaxation. |
9:45 – 10:00 pm | Tea & Reflection Enjoy a delicious cup of tea while you write on your journal about your intentions. Instructor to provide guiding questions. |
7:30 – 8:30 am | Wake Up Flow & Metta Meditation Join us at the dock for a mindful restorative movement sequence to energize our bodies and practice metta or loving-kindness meditation, a method of developing compassion, a meditation of care, concern, and friendship. |
9:00 – 10:00 am | Mindful Breakfast Learn the practice of mindful eating and then enjoy a delicious vegetarian breakfast. 11:00 am – 1:30 pm | Return to Source Nature Walk and Mindful Hike Quieting the mind during a walk through the woods. A refreshing, mindful walk/hike with a reflection on spring and new beginnings, while being surrounded by the enlivening sounds, smells, and views encountered in nature. |

5:30 – 6:15 pm | Honor your Mind & Body with Beauty Mask & Meditation A journey to reset and an evening of beauty and meditation to get you glowing from the inside out. |
6:30 – 8:30pm | Dine & Share We’ll have a delicious vegetarian dinner and weather permitting we’ll have dessert by the fire pit and hold a Women’s Circle, revitalizing our spirit and bolstering a sense of comradery through the exploration of meditation, reflection and the sharing of wisdom and experiences. 10:00 am – 12:00 pm | Nutrition Coaching & Cooking Workshop for Optimal Nourishment This hands-on workshop will give you the tools to understand and prepare your very own healthy and delicious recipes at home. Menu:Roasted Garlic Bisque Carrot SaladFaro, Apple, Walnut, Cabbage, Red Onion, Radish and Kale Salad with Apple, Ginger VinaigretteSelection of Teas, Coffee and Water |
12:00 pm – 12:45 pm | Capstone Meditation Discover how to relax the nervous system, reduce stress, and reframe the brain’s bias to hold onto negativity. In this session, we connect mind, body and brain, through deep breathing, mindfulness and guided visual meditation, activating the relaxation response and bringing ourselves back to equilibrium. |
We found the ideal place for you to Relax, Reset and Rejuvenate. 90 minutes away from DC, this waterfront retreat is situated on a private shoreline overlooking panoramic views of the warm-watered side of Lake Anna. We will be able to practice meditation in nature, revitalize our spirit and bolster a sense of comradery amongst like-minded women around a fire pit. At your leisure, you’ll also be able to enjoy mindful walks around a natural sandy beach area or use kayaks for lake adventures.
Pricing includes lodging, meditation programming and activities, and all prepared meals and snacks.
