Nestled in the heart of Valencia the historic city center houses ancient monuments, magnificent views and cultural attractions that make it a hot tourist destination and a wonderful backdrop for our Mindfulness Meditation & Yoga Retreat.

Stroll through the Plaza del Mercado, or climb the Micalete Belfry Tower located on the Plaze de la Virgen adjoined to the Valencia Cathedral, the city will leave you with nothing short of lasting memories of ancient times.

You will enjoy the pleasure of staying 3 nights at Valencia Mindfulness Retreat, a charming bed and breakfast with uniquely styled rooms situated in a historic Valencia mansion that recently underwent a complete refurbishment bringing it back to life and its grandeur from years gone by. Centrally located, by Valencia’s famous Cathedral at Plaza de Virgin in the heart of the historical center of the historical, most central Barrio del Carmen. Safe, Central, and… exceptionally quiet at night with picturesque views from every window.

There will be many cultural activities and tours scheduled throughout your stay. In addition you may take advantage having a relaxing massage during your stay by one of the experienced therapists in our sunny ‘in-house massage rooms’,

Yoga once thought to be merely a physical practice is a complete system focused on asanas, the postures in the physical practice, breath awareness, meditation and self realization. Diet and proper nutrition also play key role in yoga. Yoga in Sanskrit means union, the link between the mind, body and and the soul, the universal energy reminding us we are all one striving for the same goal.

Every morning, before enjoying a five-star gourmet breakfast, a 2-hour Vinyasa Flow class geared for all levels will be offered to you to both strengthen and stretch the body, together with a half hour guided meditation to soothe the mind and release all stress and worry and welcoming light and love into your life.

What’s included? 385€ for 3 nights in a shared double room with shared bathroom. A five star breakfast served every morning and daily yoga & meditation practice. That is 8 hours of yoga & 3 hours of meditation split over four days. We will enjoy a light nutritious snack and tea in the afternoons after the meditation and discussion.

A two hour guided tour and planned cultural excursions throughout the city are also included in the package.

**Flights, transportation to and from the retreat location, cancellation insurance, additional services such as the massages, and meals outside of the scheduled breakfast and healthy snack with tea are not included in the price.

Cheap direct flights to Valencia are available through Ryan Air.

After availability is confirmed, a non-refundable deposit of 100€ will secure your reservation. Final payment is due by 30 days before the date of the event, 23 September 2015.
