Are you looking for a break in your regular routine, a time-out from all the stress and worry? If you haven’t invested in yourself in a while, maybe the time has come to revert inward and recharge the battery.
Retreats offer the opportunity to step away from the hustle and bustle of our everyday lives, to come into a space that nurtures our mind, body, and spirit. I try to offer something for everyone. Whether you are interested in yoga, meditation, nutrition based cooking classes, or massage, I work with a team of professional individuals who love to share their passion and knowledge. Retreat locations vary.
