A feature highlights Emily’s promotion at the four-star, AAA resort, Arizona Grand Resort in Phoenix, Arizona. Emily held three positions at the resort during her tenure. She was initially an Assistant Restaurant Manager for Latitude 30, a four-star Asian-fusion fine dining restaurant. She became the Restaurant Catering Sales Manager at 21 years of age and was promoted to be the General Manager of Phantom Horse Grill and Sports Bar at the age of 23. She is grateful to her mentor and Director of Food and Beverage Kerry Feltenberg for the opportunities she was provided to learn, grow and expand her career in the hospitality industry at a very young age.
