Escape for a long weekend in Valencia situated on the banks of the Turia River. Once an old Roman colony founded in 138 BC is now the third largest cities in Spain. Nestled in the heart of Valencia the historic city center houses ancient monuments, magnificent views and cultural attractions that make it a hot tourist destination and a wonderful backdrop for our Mindfulness Meditation & Yoga Retreat.

You will enjoy the pleasure of staying 3 nights at Valencia Mindfulness Retreat, a charming bed and breakfast with uniquely styled rooms situated in a historic Valencia mansion that recently underwent a complete refurbishment bringing it back to life and its grandeur from years gone by. Centrally located, by Valencia’s famous Cathedral at Plaza de Virgin in the heart of the historical center of the oldest, most central Barrio del Carmen. Quality and detail have gone into this charming bed and breakfast. Owners Thijs and Dany welcome us into this tranquil wonder in the heart of Valencia where sun-drenched lounges, library and meditation room are at your disposal to aid in relaxation and add to your comfort. Students will share the cozy bedrooms dawned with original artworks and bed linen of fine Egyptian cotton sheets overlooking the picturesque city center. Bedrooms are not en suite.

The colorful yoga studio offers natural light to inspire your morning practice and an optional massage is available from the well-trained professional staff. *massage not included in package price
