Matcha Tea Chia Pudding
2 cups Almond Milk
2 tsp Honey
1 tsp Matcha Tea
1/4 tsp Ground Cardamon
1/8 tsp Ground Ginger
1/2 cup Chia Seeds
DIRECTIONS
In a medium mixing bowl whisk together almond milk, honey, matcha tea, ground cardamon, and ground ginger. Pour the chia seeds into the liquid and whisk together until combined.
Place in an airtight container and refrigerate for 2-4 hours or overnight before serving. Stir and layer with a Greek yogurt and fresh seasonal fruit.
